Last Order Date: Wednesday, May 13, 2026; Last day to place orders online. Email exhibitor@coltexpositions for orders after this date.
Advance Freight Start Receiving: Monday, April 6, 2026; Start receiving shipments at Advance Warehouse location.
Advance Freight Receiving Deadline: Tuesday, May 12, 2026; Advance Warehouse shipment deadline Warehouse shipments will be accepted after the deadline; however, surcharges will be assessed for late delivery.
Direct Shipment Receiving begins:: Sunday, May 17, 2026
Last Day for Direct Shipments:: Monday, May 18, 2026

Event Information

Aisle / Booth Carpet: Venue is carpeted, but exhibitors can stand out by ordering additional carpet from this site.
Booth Information
Diamond Sponsor: 10x20 booth area. 10' Wide, 8' Tall back wall with one mounted (1) 32” flat panel monitor plus a counter with graphic kick panel, and 2 padded stools.
Platinum Sponsor: 10x15 booth area with a 1M x 42" counter with printed front panel, plus 1 padded stools.
Gold Sponsor: 6' Table with Black Skirt, 2 black padded chairs.
All orders are governed by Colt Expositions Payment Policy and the Limits of Liability and Responsibility.

Freight Related Services

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY ONE LOAD UNDER 40 LBS. CAN BE CARRIED TO YOUR BOOTH. NO WHEELS OR CARTS CAN BE USED. Colt Expositions offers assisted move-in (Cart Service) from your vehicle to the loading dock to your booth for an additional fee.

As the "Official Service Contractor" we are responsible for all freight-related services. We will provide advanced dock to dock material handling, including, receiving shipments at our warehouse, storage (up to 30 days prior to install date), and transportation of advance warehouse freight shipments to show site, delivery to exhibitor's booth, pick-up and outbound freight handling. (Exhibitors are responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges). All orders are governed by Colt Expositions, Inc. Payment Policy and the Limits of Liability and Responsibility.

All shipping logistics are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please contact your preferred carrier to schedule delivery to either the advance warehouse or venue show site and also the return pick-up of your freight from the venue show site accordingly.
