Booth Information
Each 10' x 10' booth will be provided with the following:
- 8' tall background drape (Blue)
- 3' tall side dividers (Blue)
- 1 - 6' skirted table
- 1 - wastebasket
- 2 - folding chairs
- 1 - ID Sign
Hall A is not carpeted. Exhibitors can order carpet through Colt

Please also note that the Pasadena Convention Center has strict guidelines for the move-in and move-out process. All exhibitors will have 30 minutes to park and unload their equipment from the exhibitor lot (the exact address is: 128 S. Marengo Ave. Pasadena, CA 91101) and then relocate cars to the Convention Center/Hotel Dena parking lot (or surrounding lots). Exhibitors are not to fully set up while parked in the exhibitor lot. This area is intended for unload ONLY. Exhibitors will also use this lot when packing up at the end of the event. This lot is managed with loading dock attendants.
The only people permitted to use material handling equipment (dollies, carts, etc) through any doors at this venue are the venue’s Union partners. Exhibitors are allowed to hand-carry items, as long as the load is less than 40lbs and can be carried in one trip per booth. Please support our event’s goals of safety and an orderly move-in by observing these rules.
To support exhibitors and reduce the time spent unloading your vehicle, Colt Expositions offers a service called “Cartload” for $85. Upon your request, Colt will furnish a laborer with a 4’x6’ cart and they will help you put items on the cart, bring the items to your booth, and unload them in your booth space.
