Graphic Print Files Deadline: Wednesday, May 21, 2025; Refer to Printing: Signs, Booth Panels & Banners section for requirements.
Last Order Date: Monday, May 26, 2025; Last day to place orders online. Email exhibitor@coltexpositions.com for orders after this date.
Advance Freight Start Receiving: Thursday, May 1, 2025; Start receiving shipments at Advance Warehouse location.
Advance Freight Receiving Deadline: Monday, May 26, 2025; Advance Warehouse shipment deadline Warehouse shipments will be accepted after the deadline; however, surcharges will be assessed for late delivery.
Direct Shipment Receiving begins:: Monday, June 2, 2025

Freight Related Services

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY ONE LOAD UNDER 40 LBS. CAN BE CARRIED TO YOUR BOOTH. NO WHEELS OR CARTS CAN BE USED. Colt Expositions (previously Rossi Expo) offers assisted move-in (Cart Service) from your vehicle to the loading dock to your booth for an additional fee.

As the "Official Service Contractor" we are responsible for all freight-related services. We will provide advanced dock to dock material handling, including, receiving shipments at our warehouse, storage (up to 30 days prior to install date), and transportation of advance warehouse freight shipments to show site, delivery to exhibitor's booth, pick-up and outbound freight handling. (Exhibitors are responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges). All orders are governed by Colt Expositions, Inc. Payment Policy and the Limits of Liability and Responsibility.

All shipping logistics are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please contact your preferred carrier to schedule delivery to either the advance warehouse or venue show site and also the return pick-up of your freight from the venue show site accordingly.
