Each 10' x 10' booth will be provided with the following:

Additional furniture, accessories, and booth upgrades are available to order through the Order Services menu in the top left of the navigation bar. We encourage you to browse available items and place your order prior to the discount deadline to take advantage of reduced pricing.

All graphic files should be submitted via coltexpo.wetransfer.com. We also accept file submissions via Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar file-sharing services — please share the appropriate link or file when submitting your materials.

Freight Related Services

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY ONE LOAD UNDER 40 LBS. CAN BE CARRIED TO YOUR BOOTH. NO WHEELS OR CARTS CAN BE USED. Colt Expositions offers assisted move-in (Cart Service) from your vehicle to the loading dock to your booth for an additional fee.

As the "Official Service Contractor" we are responsible for all freight-related services. We will provide advanced dock to dock material handling, including receiving shipments at our warehouse, storage (up to 30 days prior to install date), and transportation of advance warehouse freight shipments to show site, delivery to exhibitor's booth, pick-up and outbound freight handling. Exhibitors are responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges. All orders are governed by Colt Expositions, Inc. Payment Policy and the Limits of Liability and Responsibility.

All shipping logistics are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please contact your preferred carrier to schedule delivery to either the advance warehouse or venue show site and the return pick-up of your freight from the venue show site accordingly. Please contact Colt Expo for assistance at 510-436-7500.

To receive a return shipping quote, please email exhibitorservices@libertycfs.us and include your show name, exhibiting company name, booth number, and reference Colt Expositions in your message.

Advance Warehouse Shipping Address

Advance Warehouse Receiving Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 3:00pm

Shipments should arrive between $event.AdvanceReceivingStartDate.ToString("D") and $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D"). All advance to warehouse shipments must be received by $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D") to avoid late surcharges.

Shipping directly from a third-party retailer or vendor? If your packages will not be using Colt Expo-provided shipping labels — for example, items shipped directly from Amazon or another vendor — please ensure all packages are clearly labeled with the following information:

  • Exhibiting company name
  • Booth number
  • Show name
  • Advance warehouse address

Packages arriving without this information may be delayed in receiving if they cannot be identified. If you have any questions about labeling third-party shipments, please contact us before your packages ship.
