Colt Expositions is proud to serve as the Official Service Contractor for the 14th Annual North Coast Wine Industry Expo. We are committed to making your exhibit experience as smooth and successful as possible, and have put together everything you need right here on this page.

Below you will find detailed information on all aspects of your exhibit, from booth setup and show schedule to ordering deadlines and shipping logistics. We encourage you to review each section thoroughly so you are fully prepared ahead of the show:

Booth Information

Booth Carpet: Most exhibitors rent carpet via Colt Expo

Each 10' x 10' booth will be provided with the following:

8' tall background drape
3' tall side dividers
1 - 6' skirted table
2 - chairs
1 - ID Sign
1 - 500 watt electrical outlet located at back of booth. (Additional electricity and/or special outlet placement can be ordered)

Additional furniture, accessories, and booth upgrades are available to order through the Order Services menu in the top left of the navigation bar. We encourage you to browse available items and place your order prior to the discount deadline to take advantage of reduced pricing.

All orders are governed by Colt Expositions Payment Policy and the Limits of Liability and Responsibility.

Please note that all orders must be placed and paid in full by the applicable deadline to receive the corresponding pricing. Partial payments or unpaid orders will not qualify for discount or standard pricing.

Note: For graphics submitted after the Regular Pricing Deadline, please contact Colt Expositions directly. We cannot guarantee that graphics submitted after this deadline will arrive on time, and additional fees may apply — reach out to us to discuss your options.

Graphics Submission Requirements

All graphic files should be submitted via coltexpo.wetransfer.com. We also accept file submissions via Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar file-sharing services — please share the appropriate link or file when submitting your materials.

Shipping & Freight Information

Freight Related Services

PLEASE NOTE: Colt Expositions offers assisted move-in (Cart Service) from your vehicle to the loading dock to your booth for an additional fee.

As the "Official Service Contractor" we are responsible for all freight-related services. We will provide advanced dock to dock material handling, including receiving shipments at our warehouse, storage (up to 30 days prior to install date), and transportation of advance warehouse freight shipments to show site, delivery to exhibitor's booth, pick-up and outbound freight handling. Exhibitors are responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges. All orders are governed by Colt Expositions, Inc. Payment Policy and the Limits of Liability and Responsibility.

All shipping logistics are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please contact your preferred carrier to schedule delivery to either the advance warehouse or venue show site and the return pick-up of your freight from the venue show site accordingly.

For any shipping needs, please email exhibitorservices@libertycfs.us and include your show name, exhibiting company name, booth number, and reference Colt Expositions in your message.

Advance Warehouse Receiving Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 3:00pm

Shipments should arrive between Saturday, October 24, 2026 and Tuesday, November 24, 2026. All advance to warehouse shipments must be received by Tuesday, November 24, 2026 to avoid late surcharges.

Shipping directly from a third-party retailer or vendor? If your packages will not be using Colt Expo-provided shipping labels — for example, items shipped directly from Amazon or another vendor — please ensure all packages are clearly labeled with the following information:

Booth number
Show name
Advance warehouse address

Packages arriving without this information may be delayed in receiving if they cannot be identified. If you have any questions about labeling third-party shipments, please contact us before your packages ship.
